- No cookies, no tracking
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and films are served from our own website, not from Google or YouTube. Your browser only remembers, on your own device, the language you chose and whether you closed a notice; this is never sent to us.
- Our website host
- This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Like every web server, it briefly records technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver the pages and keep them secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- When you write to us
- Through the contact form we receive your name, email address, your dates if you give them, your message and the language of the page. Our web host passes the form to our email, which runs on Google Workspace. We use it only to answer you and to prepare a stay you ask about (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
- Bookings and the members' club
- Bookings and the members' club run on our booking pages at book.hotelnefeli.com, operated for us by WebHotelier (Greece). Your booking details are used to make and manage your stay (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires. Card details are entered only on WebHotelier's secure payment pages. Your members' account is kept by WebHotelier, and you can close it at any time.
- The map
- The map on the Contact and Corfu pages is drawn by us and loads nothing from other companies. The button “Directions in Google Maps” takes you to Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.
- Links to other websites
- Links to Google Maps, Booking.com, Google reviews and other websites take you to those websites, which have their own privacy policies.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@hotelnefeli.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
