Your stay
Who it’s for
Adults and couples who want peace. Children are welcome too; we just have no kids’ club, playground or children’s pool.
Stairs and lift
There is no lift. The house sits on a slope, and some rooms are up a flight of outdoor steps. If steps are hard for you, tell us when you book and we will give you a room with as few as possible.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Arriving early or leaving late? Leave your luggage with us and use the pool.
Parking
Free parking at the hotel, right by the entrance.
Airport
About 20 minutes by car. Send us your flight details and we book you a taxi; in 2026 it cost €40–50 per car.
Food and drink
Breakfast is included in every rate, every morning. The pool bar is open from 12:00 to 22:00. We don’t serve dinner; the tavernas are 2 minutes from the gate.
The beach
About 800 m downhill on foot, 10 minutes or so. The walk back is uphill.
Season
Open from late April to late October. In 2027 we open on 24 April and close on 23 October.
Booking conditions
Cancellation
You choose between two rates on the booking page. Flexible: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; after that the full stay is charged. Non-refundable: a lower price, not refundable.
Payment
Flexible rate: nothing to pay when you book; the full stay is charged 30 days before arrival. Non-refundable rate: paid in full when you book. Drinks and extras during your stay, by card or in cash.
Booked elsewhere?
Booking sites show the same rates and conditions as we do. If you booked through a travel agency or a tour operator, its own conditions apply.
Children
Children are welcome. Bear in mind that the hotel is arranged for adults: no kids’ club, playground or children’s pool.
Pets
Pets are welcome on request. Tell us about your pet before you book, and we will confirm.
Smoking
The rooms are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on your balcony and in the garden.
Booking with us
Book direct
The same price as on booking sites, 15% less for members, your room wishes noted, and a person who answers your questions, usually one of the family.
Members’ club
Join our members’ club for free and pay 15% less than our public rate every time you book with us.
7 nights or more
Stay 7 nights or longer and every night costs 5% less, all season. Members get it on top of their 15%.
May and October
The gentle months, often with our best prices: warm sea in October, and the coast almost to yourself.
Stay with us
The same price as on booking sites, and members of our club pay 15% less.
